Qualifications
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or relationship management
- Experience working with financial institutions preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in securities-based lending, banking, or wealth management
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and ongoing success for enterprise clients
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner with product and support teams to resolve client needs
