Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About The Role
Design and build the digital lending platform that powers securities-based lines of credit for banks, broker dealers, and RIAs across the country.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Go
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, and service-oriented / microservice architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable deployment architectures
- Experience designing secure and reliable backend services, ideally in a regulated industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or wealth management platforms
- Familiarity with SOC 2 controls and financial services compliance requirements
- Experience building high-performance data-driven dashboards or analytics platforms
- Knowledge of collateral monitoring, risk management, or loan servicing systems
- Experience integrating with custodians, CRMs, or core banking systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications across our lending, servicing, and analytics products
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services supporting high-volume real-time collateral monitoring
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences
- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and network layers
- Implement secure coding practices and maintain reliable, audited infrastructure
- Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to platform scalability
- Work closely with a small team to rapidly iterate and deliver impactful products on a two-week Agile cadence
